TICKETING PARTNERSHIP
To ensure clarity and the best possible experience for our audience audiences and promoters ablity to reach them we operate a dedicated ticketing partnership with RA.CO (Resident Advisor) for dance music club nights
at the venue.
This page explains how ticketing works at the venue, how your event is listed, how you are paid out, what our partnership with Resident Advisor applies to, and why we use this approach.
*IMPORTANT NOTE*
This is a non-negotaible contractual term when using the venue.
If you have reservations around this aspect of our venues strategy then please raise this with your booker when confirming your show
Which Events Does This Apply To?
This ticketing policy applies only to dance music–focused club nights.
Live and non-club events are excluded, including:

Bands and live music gigs

Songwriters and acoustic performances
-
Poetry and spoken word
-
Showcases and performance-led events
These events may use alternative ticketing platforms in line with our standard booking terms.
Event classification is determined by the venue.
Event Listings & Venue Information
As part of our partnership with Resident Advisor, the venue will always appear as the hosting venue on RA event listings.
To ensure customer safety and clear communication, we may also add essential venue information to event listings, including:

Our safe space and inclusivity policy

Welfare information

Last entry times and key entry conditions
This information is added to protect our audience, staff, and promoters, and to ensure everyone knows what to expect when attending an event.
Ticket Payments & Settlements
Ticket revenue is collected via Resident Advisor and passed through Nocturno Arts Ltd, who then transfers funds to promoters after the event has taken place.

Payments are made on the Wednesday following the event

Bank details must be provided in advance

Advance or same-day payments are not available under this structure unless agreed in writing
If a promoter is VAT registered, they remain responsible for declaring and paying VAT on their ticket income.
